Black Lotus Returns

Black Lotus wants you to be satisfied with any purchase you make.  We offer a full refund for all returns sent within the specified time.  After an order has been shipped, any return must be received within 19 days.  Included with your invoice is a “Return by” date.  Any returns received after the “Return by” date may not qualify for a refund.  Please read our full Return Policy for explicit details.

Return Policy

To return an order please notify us of your return via email: customerservice@blacklotus9.com.

Items Eligible for Return

We can only accept items that are brand new, and in unworn condition.  The products must have all tags attached and be placed in their original packaging.  If we receive a return that is not in the original sent condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the entire purchase amount.

When returning an item, please include the following in your return package:
A copy or original invoice that pertains to the order
Your name, address, and email address
Your order number, items returned, and reason for return

Return Address

Please select the carrier of your choice, when returning an item.  We strongly suggest you include a tracking number for verification.  Black Lotus is not responsible for any returned items that are not received.  At this time, we DO NOT credit any shipping costs including any shipping related costs to return your order.  All returns must be mailed to the following address:
